Stepping out into the garden to reap free, healthy, and delicious food is one of my favorite things to do. In this short video, I harvest the last bits of our backyard organic garden to lend flavor to our meals throughout the winter. It is a quick peek at the harvest and processing of some parsley, arugula, sage, oregano, onion greens, and an anomylous swiss chard that won’t give into old man winter. Seedlings will be planted not long after the new year, but for now, this and the other produce we have saved will tide us over till spring.
