The focus of this 40 minute workout is five rounds of Kettlebell swings and Warrior postures. Bodyweight movement, weighted functional kettlebell movement, and strength/recovery Yoga postures are added for good measure. The result being a high intensity overall conditioning routine. I use a light kettlebell(12kg/26.4lb) to allow the pace to stay high. If you’re focus is strength, then you may certainly opt to go heavier with longer breaks between rounds. Keep your feet planted, spine nuetral, and have a good workout!
